2.a – In case of booking cancellation for the event \u201cIl Ballo del Doge\u201d within December 21st 2026<\/span>, the customer will have a 50% refund of the total cost of the purchased ticket and extra services; down payments will not be refunded.
2.b – In case of booking cancellation after December 21st 2026<\/span>, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
3.a – The Consumer acknowledges that having the contract for the supply of products and services related to leisure for which the supplier undertakes to<\/span>
provide the latter in a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal is not applied.<\/span>

4.a – The organization has the right to cancel or suspend all or part of the event. In this case the customer is entitled to receive a refund of the amount paid and<\/span>

4.b – The organization has also the right to change the venue and \/ or time of events, prior notice to the customer, keeping the event in the geographical area of<\/span>
Venice. In this case, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.<\/span><\/p>\n
In case of proven impossibility for the customer to take part in the XXXIIII Edition<\/span> of Il Ballo del Doge due exclusively to governmental provisions related to<\/span>
pandemia, preventing the Guest to travel and therefore come to Il Ballo del Doge, the organizer undertakes to issue a voucher for the amount paid to be used<\/span>
for the purchase of tickets for a new edition of the event, within 3 years. The voucher can also be spent on purchases at Antonia Sautter’s boutiques or for<\/span>
rentals and purchases at her Atelier.<\/span>
The voucher will be issued likewise even in case the event cannot not take place due to any restrictions or governmental provisions related to pandemia.<\/span><\/p>\n
Competent to decide any and all arising or related to the Contract disputes will be the Venice Court.<\/span>
The online publication of the following General Conditions and the order confirmation of purchase from Venetia Srl to the Customer apply as \u201cconfirmation of<\/span>
the contract on a durable medium\u201d under Article. 51, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. 206\/2005 (\u201cConsumer Code\u201d)<\/span><\/p>\n
7.a – BY PURCHASING THE TICKET EVERY GUEST AUTHORIZE the company VENETIA SRL and those who work on behalf of it to take their picture<\/span>
with the television media, photographic film with the right to use it in an editorial, promotional or any other publication;<\/span>
7.b – BY PURCHASING THE TICKET EVERY GUEST waives his rights of image without restrictions of time and without any compensation in its favor;<\/span>
7.c – This waiver does not allow any other use of images in context that could compromise personal dignity and decorum and in any case to use and \/ or<\/span>
purposes other than those listed above;<\/span>
7.d – BY PURCHASING THE TICKET EVERY GUEST is aware that the use of photo cameras, video cameras and mobile phones during the event is not<\/span>
allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i>5.b – Appointments for costume fittings at Atelier Antonia Sautter must be arranged upon appointment, indicaing the preferred costume categories.
