The famous Antica Osteria Cera, one of Italy’s most renowned seafood restaurants, will be in charge of the exclusive menu for the Gala Dinner of Il Ballo del Doge. The prestigious seated dinner, signed by Michelin-starred chef Lionello Cera, will guide guests through a gourmet journey celebrating the splendor and the most authentic flavors of the Venetian lagoon.
Adding extra sparkle to the evening will be the bubbles of French house Hatt et Söner, filling guests’ glasses with fresh, lively champagne marked by bright citrus notes. The beverage selection features only top-tier labels, including premium mineral waters by Lurisia Premium Beverages, wines from SuttoWine — a winery built on the union of passion and territory — and the vibrant spirits of Bottega, such as Alexander Prosecco Grappa and Limoncino. A final touch of sweetness will be provided by a pastry masterpiece from Master Pastry Chef Renato Ardovino, a refined dessert artist and television personality on Warner Bros. Discovery channels, who will interpret the evening’s theme — love — through romantic haute pâtisserie.
Concluding the Gala Dinner experience for Il Ballo del Doge guests will be Nespresso, a pioneer and benchmark in the world of premium portioned coffee, serving a selection of its unforgettable blends, known and appreciated worldwide. From 11:30 p.m., the energetic After-Dinner Party of Il Ballo del Doge begins, featuring an exceptional DJ set powered by Red Bull and cocktails by Pernod Ricard, including Malfy Gin, inspired by Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Antonia Sautter and her artistic cast will be supported by the distinctive team of make-up artists and hairstylists from the prestigious Academia BSI of Anna Del Prete, founded by Diego Dalla Palma.
Antonia Sautter’s VIP guests will stay at The St. Regis Venice, the magnificent five-star luxury hotel overlooking the Grand Canal.
